Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Confirmation

• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Confirmation of a reservation requires receipt of an advance payment.

Billing

• Business travelers (B2B): Please provide your GST details at check-in for B2B invoices.
• Important: Bills cannot be modified after check-out and will be considered B2C (consumer).

Payment Terms

• One-night reservations: Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Two-night reservations:
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance payment is due at check-in time.

Guest Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) at check-in.

Swimming Pool Usage

Lycra or nylon material swimming costumes are mandatory for pool use.

Rate Changes

Room rates are dynamic and subject to change based on occupancy. Quotes are valid for 12 hours only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund, minus:
• 3% cancellation charge for payments made via credit card, debit card, or payment gateway.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

Payment Method and Refunds

• No cancellation charges for advance payments made through Google Pay or bank transfer.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
• Refunds require submission of:
• Cancelled cheque
• Bank statement
• Bank passbook

Service Charges

Service charges will be levied only with the guest’s consent.
